Gladstone routinely supports integrations that have been formally verified as meeting our integration standards.
Integrations that have not been verified by Gladstone are not covered by standard Helpdesk support. Where a previously verified solution has undergone material changes, or where new products or functionality have been introduced, support will not apply until re-verification has been completed.
Any solution built on, or connected to, the Gladstone platform that has not been fully tested and verified by Gladstone is used at the operator’s own risk.
Gladstone reserves the right to charge at cost for additional investigation work relating to non-verified integrations. This may include charges to the operator and or the third-party provider involved.
Additional support options are available through upgraded support plans or via an annual ServiceFlex agreement.
